The free planner

Local Marketing Calendar provides draft marketing copy, planning suggestions and execution briefs. Review and edit every output before publication. You are responsible for your offers, claims, permissions, industry rules and the law that applies to your business.

The digital product

The paid product is the Restaurant 90-Day Social Media Execution Pack, a downloadable digital planning resource. The price displayed at checkout is the applicable price for the purchase. Checkout, payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipt and download fulfilment are handled by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record.

Where purchases are available

Purchases through this site are not currently offered to customers located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. The free planner remains available. Do not use a copied or third-party checkout link to bypass this availability restriction.

Delivery and access

After a successful purchase, Lemon Squeezy provides access to the digital download. Keep your order email and download details. If you cannot access the file, contact Lemon Squeezy through the order link or email nurturely2025@gmail.com with your order reference. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Licence

When you buy the pack, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt it for your own business or for one client. You may publish the resulting marketing content. You may not resell, share, sublicense, redistribute, or present the original files or a substantially similar template as your own product, freebie, course material or template library.

Refund policy

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. To request a refund, use the Lemon Squeezy order link or email nurturely2025@gmail.com with your order reference and the email used for the order. This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights. If local law gives you a longer right, or regulates cancellation of immediately supplied digital content, that law applies.

Marketing claims and permissions

Do not publish a generated or pack-derived statement as fact unless it is true for your business and you can substantiate it. This includes reviews, outcomes, prices, availability, service areas, legal or health claims and customer information. Use customer images, quotes and project material only when you have the required permission.

No performance guarantee

We do not guarantee search rankings, social reach, bookings, sales, revenue, lead quality or platform distribution. The product and planner are educational planning tools, not legal, financial, advertising or professional advice.

Email, analytics and third parties

Email reminders are optional and require your consent; you can unsubscribe using the provider’s controls. Optional analytics run only after consent. Buffer, Resend, Google Analytics and Lemon Squeezy are independent third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. The Buffer link may be an affiliate link; this does not increase your price.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a limitation is not permitted in your jurisdiction, that limitation does not apply to you.
