Who is responsible

Dynep, the independent operator of Local Marketing Calendar, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For privacy questions or to make a privacy request, email nurturely2025@gmail.com.

Browser-based generation

The generator processes the form in your browser. We do not operate user accounts or a project database that receives your business name, audience, offer, proof field, or generated calendar.

What we process and why

Email reminders. If you enter an email address and tick the reminder-consent box, we use the address and subscription preference to send monthly calendar reminders. The basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe in a subscription email or contact us to withdraw consent.

Analytics. If you choose “Allow analytics”, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate use of pages and calendar, copy, and export interactions. The basis is your consent. GA4 is not loaded until you make that choice, and you can change or withdraw it at any time through Analytics settings.

Support. If you email us, we use the information in your message to answer and resolve the request. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating and supporting the project, or steps taken at your request.

Purchases. When you follow the purchase link, payment and order data are collected by Lemon Squeezy on its checkout. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for that transaction and handles payment, tax and order fulfilment under its own terms and privacy notice. We do not collect card details on this site.

Service providers and transfers

We use Vercel for hosting, Resend for email-list processing, Google for optional analytics, and Lemon Squeezy for checkout and digital fulfilment. Buffer is an optional external scheduling link. These providers may process data in countries other than yours. Their processing and transfer safeguards are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We share only the information needed for the relevant service.

Retention

We keep an active email-reminder subscription until you unsubscribe. After that, the provider may retain the minimum information needed to honour the opt-out or meet legal obligations. We do not separately retain generator inputs. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain records, or meet legal obligations.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your analytics choice locally under a consent key. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement, subject to its own policies and your browser settings. The planner works if you decline analytics.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, email us from the address concerned. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children

This project is not directed to children. Do not submit personal information if you are not old enough to consent under the law that applies to you.

Changes

We may update this notice when the project or applicable requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
